Uses of Glitaray M2 tablet
When diet, exercise, and Glimepiride or Metformin alone are not enough to regulate blood sugar levels, this drug is used to treat type 2 diabetes mellitus.
Contraindications of Glitaray M2
If you have an allergy to metformin, glimepiride, or any of the other ingredients in this drug, you should not use it.
If you’re expecting a child or are breastfeeding,
If you have severe kidney or liver failure, you should seek medical help immediately.
If you have lactic acidosis, diabetic ketoacidosis, or diabetic pre-coma, you have metabolic acidosis (too much acid in the bodily fluids).
If you experience dehydration, serious infections, shock, or iodine injections, you should seek medical help immediately.
If you’ve experienced heart or lung failure, or if you’ve had a recent heart attack or shock

Side effects of Glitaray M2 Plus
Weight gain, low blood sugar levels (which can induce headaches, sweating, nausea, damp skin, anxiety, and restlessness), and metabolic diseases
Vomiting, nausea, diarrhea, stomach pain, loss of taste sensitivity, metallic taste, and stomach discomfort are all symptoms of stomach problems (pressure and fullness)
High blood pressure, irregular heartbeat, and chest pain are all symptoms of heart disease (arrhythmias)
Skin disorders: Allergic skin reactions such as rashes, itching, red spots on the skin, and even hair loss should be reported to a doctor as soon as possible, as they might lead to shock.
